JOB TITLE: Senior Director Product Development
LOCATION: 100% Remote
SUMMARY: Paradigm is seeking a Senior Director Product Development, preferably with experience in healthcare consumer engagement and/or bringing network solutions to market.  In this key role, you will be the lead Product developer building the next generation of products that introduce the Paradigm program to prospective clients, build trust, and drive adoption of programs.  You will lead product discovery and definition, creating and delivering successful business and product strategies from whiteboard to market scale. You will live in a highly collaborative, delivery-focused team environment and will be equally at home interviewing an executive, pitching to a customer, and building a pilot with operations, IT, and sales.
This is not a software development or related IT solutions role.  Success in the role requires you to support and enable effective collaboration of your cross-functional product team, develop stellar relationships at all levels of the organization, and demonstrate strong technical skills and business acumen.  You should have a keen sense of personal accountability and excited by the challenge of working in an agile and innovative environment.  You should also have a record of accomplishment in similar environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be a product developer that manages the development of products within their assigned portfolio
• Owns product initiatives and serves as primary contact for project management
• Drive vision and strategy, roadmap and product development lifecycle of assigned portfolio while  ensuring goals and investment thesis remain aligned with Paradigm’s strategic goals
• Research the market and understand user needs to identifying profitable opportunities that align with Paradigm’s value proposition
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to determine which features to be present in what releases based on market, target users, and impact of each features on different user groups
• Guide the  development by working with product team to document use cases, requirements, and prioritize features based on value to Paradigm
• Define go to market strategies, understanding user interactions, experimenting and focusing on what’s working and leaving out what’s not, deriving and using market insights
• Be a domain/business expert for the portfolio to guide and mentor teams and establish/refine Product Development processes.
• Work with management and other organizational leaders to continually identify and implement product improvements that drive value to Paradigm and our clients.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Required
• A minimum of 10 years of clinical and/or network product development experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within product
• 5+ years’ experience leading distributed teams
• 5+ years’ healthcare experience
• High EQ, highly analytical, strong leadership
Preferred
• 5+ years’ experience driving and executing the strategy for Patient/Consumer Healthcare Engagement products
• 5+ years in working remotely with resources distributed across a broad geography

• Challenges program/product planning assumptions
• Ability to balance the longer-term roadmap goals and immediate emergencies, as well as innovative strategic differentiators with near term tactical needs.

• Work cross functionally across internal paradigm teams, sales, external customers, and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy.
• Will engage customers as a trusted partner.
