ADT Solar currently needs a Service Technician for our Tampa, FL territory!
Duties & Responsibilities
• Diagnose/troubleshoot both solar and electrical installations
• Provide solutions to various system issues (envoy reconnects, CT issues, etc.)
• Communicate with homeowner prior/during service site visit
• Replace malfunctioning solar hardware and communicate with device manufacturers for approval
• Travel with company vehicles to multiple job sites (daily)
• Coordinate with both Field Service Supervisors and Field Support agents to provide updates on work performed
• Assist with the removal and reinstalls as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed
• Must have electrical experience/knowledge
• Residential construction experience
• Sheetrock and Roofing experience
• Solar experience is a plus!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor when customer-facing
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word and project management tools Strong work ethic and grit
• Entrepreneurial attitude
