Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist with a background in Telecom, IT, or Cable to assist our sales team and clients during the sales process. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for creating quotes, order processing, assisting customers, and CRM data entry. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is customer service-oriented. The position will require a multitasking, detail-oriented, organized, and productive go-getter.

Primary Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers and partners professionally via email and over the phone with the ability to answer questions about products and services
• Prepare quotes in quoting tool and present them to partners and clients
• Process orders; new, adds, and changes
• CRM data entry
• Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
Required Skills & Abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be detail oriented, and highly organized
• Conveys information clearly and concisely in written and spoken communication
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven work experience in a sales environment
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Must have the ability to work independently or with a team
• Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
• Telecom, IT, or Cable background is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
