Job Summary:
The IT Field Applications Specialist I maintains communications with site teams at the start of new events to promote smooth operations and prevent the occurrence of common issues. Provides counsel and support to field teams during the setup and configuration of IT equipment on-site. Works closely with Operations and Tooling functions to ensure successful and timely transfer of IT equipment between sites.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the setup of IT equipment and configuration based on specific site requirements
• Track site connectivity and technology health, providing regular site check-ups to ensure optimal functionality at all times
• Apply knowledge of IT systems to resolve technical issues identified by FieldCore field employees through ticket system
• Provide expertise on common site IT issues, such as Login Support, ensuring that all teams are permitted and able to use applications
• Maintain a Knowledge Base Repository including FAQs, Job Aids, etc.
• Partner with other IT teams to ensure non-program issues that arise are addressed
• Participate in FieldCore's involvement in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Drive a continuous improvement process between FieldCore field employees and the Live Outage Team
• Develop, track, and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the Team
• Travel may be required
• On-site work may be required
• May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• 3+ years in either field service or informationsystems development, or 5 years of experience in field services or information systems roles in lieu of abachelor's degree
• Basic Networking Experience
• Basic Excel/Smarthseet Experience
• English proficiency required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems or related field or equivalent strongly desired
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with guidance in complex situations
• Ability to juggle multiple communication streams within time constraints
