Our client, a Big 4 Consulting firm is currently seeking a Product Analyst to join their Global Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence. Details Below.
Candidate, must have 2 year(s) of progressive experience in roles involving the following areas: project/program management and business requirements assessment.
General Description:
• Plans and coordinates a specific data product or feature of a product in coordination with other teams in the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include:
• Formulate and refine User Stories by understanding data analysis and reporting needs through discussions with business analysts
• Hold discussions with technical teams to promote requirements into technical design
• Take ownership of a specific data domain and champion dashboards/reports for that domain
• Discuss and validate processes with Operations team to ensure territories needs are implemented as specified
• Perform requirements validation in coordination with Development and QA team members
• Prepare and coordinate a general project plan related to product delivery
• Demonstrating product capabilities related to stakeholders, territories, and end users
• Participating with business sponsors and other functions within the organization regularly
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
• Have experience and expertise with data analysis/reporting on one or more of the following data domains:
• HC People Data (Workday experience a plus)
• Risk and Independence (regulatory experience a plus)
• Engagements/Professional Services (Oracle or SAP experience a plus)
• Opportunities (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Global Finance (Oracle or SAP experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies and Azure DevOps
• Certifications Preferred: Business Analyst certification, Project Management certification
