Director Network Relations
Location – Central Florida

Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's physician and provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between physicians, hospitals, members, and the public.
• Responsible for budget accountability.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• 5 or more years of Network development experience
• 3 or more years of experience leading teams with direct reports
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
• Experience with network development and adequacy standards
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and/or Florida Healthy Kids
• Executive presence, comfortable presenting to groups, leading discussions
• Able to work in teams and collaborate across the organization

• Travel - 20% or more depending on location
