Lead Network Administrator
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for assisting in technical and problem resolution support of all the Company’s network infrastructure across the globe.The goal is to maximize service availability and satisfy the needs of all internal and external customers.This position performs Tier 2 troubleshooting activities, across multiple environments, while performing daily reviews of overall capacity, utilization and configuration changes to the network.This position is also responsible for delivering clear, concise and timely communication to our customers to ensure their confidence in our team’s passion to provide them with the best customer experience possible. You will be responsible for leading the technical design, configuration and network for all facilities’ layout and deployment.
What Do You Need?
•5 years’ of network experience, Required
•Advanced knowledge of analyzing existing data networks and recommend scalable and supportable solutions
•Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
•Advanced knowledge of Cisco Data Center architecture (Catalyst 6500 and Nexus 2000, 5000 and 7000)
•Advanced knowledge of supporting Cisco LAN switches (2960, 3750, 3850, 4500, etc.) and Cisco WAN routers (2800/3800, 2900/3900, 4400, ASR1000, etc.)
•Advanced knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points and controllers, or others such as Aruba and Aerohive.
•Advanced knowledge of WAN Optimization implementations, such as Riverbed.
•Advanced knowledge of Server Load-Balancing appliances, such as Cisco, NetScaler and F5
•Advanced knowledge of analysis/forensic tools, such as Solarwinds, Wireshark, Fluke, Netbrain and others
•Advanced knowledge of Layer 1 - 3 troubleshooting of WAN circuits with global carriers (T1, E1, OCX, Ethernet)
•Experience in the design, build, deploy and maintenance of enterprise WAN, LAN, TDM and VOIP networks
•Experience in PBX and/or Call Center systems, such as Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya and Alcatel
•Experience with voice mail, unified messaging, ACD and IVR systems, such as Cisco, Avaya and Alcate
•CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), Required
