The Role:
This position reports to the Script Implementation Supervisor and is responsible for working to onboard new customers, and working with existing customers to offer individualized guidance and professional building services to transform critical processes into automated workflows in the Script platform.
This role is responsible for close-working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an excellent customer retention rate. This position has a vital role in being a trusted business partner for our customers to deliver impact by showcasing Script’s products and services.
What a Typical Week Will Look Like:
• Drive the onboarding process for new customers by developing the customer’s appreciation for the Script platform, developing shared goals and related action plan, conducting check-in calls, and monitoring engagement metrics to ensure that goals are being met.
• Identify customer needs and risks and propose solutions to the Script Implementation Supervisor
• Collaborate with new and existing customers who have purchased professional services to develop goals and a timeline for implementation of their automated processes, complete regular check-ins, send regular status updates, and ensure timely completion of agreed timeline.
• Escalate any risks to customer expected timeline to Script Implementation Supervisor
• Assist in implementation process by building resources for customers to meet their needs for process automation.
• Additional secondary duties include related customer areas such as customer training, and advanced support sessions with customers, as well as excellent customer support through the ticketing system or phones.
• Travel (up to 20%) may be required to conduct in-person customer events, and to participate in LINQ professional development and team events

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way to technical and non-technical audiences, both orally and in writing
• Strong technological skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-starter with proven ability to manage self and take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
• Experience with project management and managing stakeholder expectations
• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to team collaboration
