**Description** The Lead Senior Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Senior Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. **Responsibilities** The Lead Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. As the Lead Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading the execution of our roadmap for a unified user experience across our applications and services for a customer constituent. Partnering closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams, you will drive the development of consistent, intuitive, and seamless experiences and run day-to-day product acting as the product owner in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has significant experience launching consumer-facing products and leading highly cross-functional teams to create compelling, resonant digital experiences leveraging AI/ML. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion to work with clinicians, providers, and patients to improve people's lives, then we can't wait to meet you! **Responsibilities** + Own the consumer-focused product vison, strategy and execution for a customer constituency. + Responsible for defining unmet user needs of patients, caregivers, clinicians, payers, and providers. + Set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for pilots and new product launches. + Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision. + Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. + Passionately advocate for customer experience to build meaningful solutions based on their paint points and unmet needs to deliver optimal user experiences. + Collaborate with UX designers, data scientists, architects, engineers, and other business unit stakeholders to guide products from conception to launch and scale. + Translate customer/user needs into PRFAQs, Epics, Features, and User Stories. + Use qualitative and quantitative data to clearly communicate insights and to develop successful business cases. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree (engineering, business, statistics, IT, healthcare, or related field). + 7+ years of product management experience with 2+ year's related experience in healthcare technology. + Experience with product management methodologies including agile software development tools like Jira, Kanban boards, Aha!, and Azure DevOps. + Direct hands on experience with writing PRFAQs, Epics, Features, User Stories and managing backlogs. + Strong verbal and written communication skills including PowerPoint visual presentations. + Able to travel up to 10% and attend in-person meetings. **Preferred Qualifications** + Health or managed care experience and familiarity with clinical and patient problem spaces and workflow. + Experience including working with patients, clinicians, and providers in a clinical and regulated health technology environment. + Experience with building technical solutions that integrate speech recognition, natural language processing, and machine learning. **Additional Information** Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
