No-Touch Freight - $10,000 Sign-On Incentive

Company Driver
• Starting Pay is 50 CPM for all miles
• Half Cent per Mile raise every 6 months capping out at 55 CPM
• $1,000 per week minimum pay
• Layover Pay of $100 after 24 hours
• $75/load minimum no matter what!
• Stop Pay: Stop 1 free, Stop 2 - $25, Stop 3 - $50, Stop 4+ $75
• Monthly Safety and Performance Bonus 5/10/15 CPM on 4,000/6,000/8,000 plus miles
• Eligible for company benefits Vacation, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401K etc.
• No-touch freight
Lease Operator (lease purchase not available in CA and WA)
• Top Earners Gross $280,000+ per year
• $0.99/gallon for fuel regardless of pump price
• Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive
• $1,200 Driver Referral – Get paid in full when referral is hired
• Weekly Safety Incentive
• No-touch freight
• Lease agreement provides two skip payments per year
• Full service maintenance plan
