Job Summary
The LMS Administrator is responsible for managing system health of all LMS Instances, and ensuring the configuration and internal customer support, serves the organization’s needs and ensures successful technical and application administration. Serve as the primary business side subject matter expert in regard to functionality and features of the learning management system. Become an expert on the platform's architecture strategy to enable appropriate onboarding of learning programs for the various audience portals. Manage security settings that provide user access to data, including user account provisioning and management as needed. Be the knowledge resource for LMS solutions. Drive improvements to team processes, workflows, and strategy. Drive issue resolution to meet defined SLA times. Supporting all Tier 3 Tickets covering system breaks testing to find the root cause and route to the correct team for resolution. Routing Tier 4 Support issues to vendor or stakeholder content teams. Establish priorities and development of LMS reporting and performance tracking. Create technical requirements and facilitate LMS customizations and integrations. Responsible for the development and maintenance of system process documentation.
Required Skills
• 5 years’ experience managing learning systems or Bachelor’s degree equivalent work experience.
• Experience interfacing with leadership, technical implementation teams, users and vendors.
• Familiarity with IT processes and practices.
• Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and relationship skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Broad-based knowledge of information technology and large-scale business applications.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS project, MS Planner, Visio, Teams
