The operator must be able to work, assist in on the job training as well as take direction from the Field Foreman/Superintendent which may include:
*
Responsibilities*
• Manual labor tasks (lifting, carrying, dragging or pulling material, etc.)
• Use of hand tools
• Equipment driving and operation, often in out of town locations
• Entry into manhole and underground structures
• Pump watch and operation
• Completion of required paperwork
• Performing and operating equipment in a safe, efficient and productive manner

Skills required: *
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience operating a Class A or B Vehicle
• Tanker Endorsement
• Possess a CDL-B
• Must also have the ability and/or willingness to learn and operate other company equipment; including hydro excavation equipment, vacuum trucks and numerous styles of pumps.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew and customers including, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to think logically about work at hand and compare site conditions with project designs
• OSHA 10 and Confined Space training preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: *
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and includes shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays - Flexibility is required as job duties demand.
