THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure (“IT Director”) runs organization-wide day-to-day operations of information technology systems. This role has accountability for running cross-department IT operations, including supporting new growth initiatives.
The IT Director is a member of the executive leadership team and works with different teams to support and enable solutions for all key stakeholders. The IT Director is responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting on-site clinic and facility equipment, network, and telephony infrastructure, new facility provisioning, and IT service procurement. The IT Director will work with third-parties on different systems utilized by the company to support a secure and reliable enterprise-wide IT backbone.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Run the company’s internal IT helpdesk team, including on-call and runbook management, ticketing systems, certain third-party SaaS systems, while maintaining high-customer satisfaction ratings, defining and meeting SLAs
• Develop SLAs, QoS, KPIs for all IT related functions including centralized uptime dashboard trackers
• Monitor and report on all existing enterprise-wide backup and disaster recovery technologies
• Help contribute to developing an annual IT plan, including budgeting and procurement, according to business requirements, security training
• Work with internal and external SecOps, DevSecOps, and Cybersecurity vendors to maintain an elevated cybersecurity posture
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, and diagrams of complex, redundant, high-availability, multi-availability zone geographically distributed enterprise architectures
• Centrally administer equipment maintenance, licensing and purchase of all software systems
• Document and contribute to IT-related internal policies, procedures, service agreements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 10+ Years experience in IT, Technology and/or Business Information Systems
• 5+ Years experience with AWS or Google or Azure clouds
• AWS/GCP/Azure Solutions Architect certification or equivalent knowledge
• Experience managing an IT environment having at least 500 users and 50 physical locations
• Deep hands-on experience with networking and VPN infrastructure
• Experience in Healthcare and Healthcare IT a plus
