Position: Case Aware Developer
Department: Systems Administration
A full-service creditors' rights law firm with a multi-state footprint is seeking an experienced CaseAware developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and prioritization skills with an ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and resolve specific problems within stated deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
• Setup and maintenance of user accounts
• Develop and maintain systems & integrations with external client/vendor systems
• Creating and maintaining document templates
• Training with all levels of users
• Possess a sense of urgency, quick learner, and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess a meticulous attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to maintain positive internal working relationships with office staff.
• Ability to facilitate vendor relationships to achieve identified goals timely.
Required Skills/Experience:
Comfortable on a Case Management Systems and able to Develop and maintain system process’s, document templates and integrations.
Experience with CaseAware, CAVAL’s, and MySQL is a plus
Experience with open office is a plus
Professional, positive attitude while exercising patience with customers
Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and decisive.
Consult with management and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
Confer with management to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Knowledge of mortgage default and general real estate industry concepts is an plus
Strong project management skills required.
Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing.
Elevate problems to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Must have strong computer skills; Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as general understanding of software systems to access and utilize client and vendor systems.
