Full Job Description Help Desk Analysts who love to work in an innovative and fast-paced work environment at a company in the E-Business/Commerce industry will be interested in Robert Half's new job opening. If you're a creative with a talent for solving both routine and unique problems, you might be right for this job. You will thrive in this position if you can support local and field users with a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Tampa, Florida area and is a long-term contract / contract / temporary to permanent opportunity.
Your responsibilities
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
• Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
• Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
• Comprehension of basic networking concepts
• 1+ years of prior experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
• Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
• Deep understanding of Basic Troubleshooting
• Application support experience highly desired
• Analytical Skills experience required
• Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
• Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
• Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
• Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
