8-hour 5-day schedule ***CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKLY SCHEDULE CHANGES AS NEEDED @ 8 HOURS/DAY; OT AS NEEDED *** -- CANDIDATES, DAY ONE WILL BE REPORTING @ 9:00 am FOR TRAINING. ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETE, CANDIDATES WILL TRANSITION TO 2nd SHIFT (2:00 PM – 10:30 AM) -- Schedule is M-F with weekends as needed. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FORKLIFT OPERATOR EXPERIENCE. Experience operating double forks is a plus. Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process. Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available. Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed. Visually inspect production run and document results. Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area. Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles. • Operate industrial vehicles and equipment. • Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area. • Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. • Move product and/or materials manually as required. Requirements • 1+ year prior production/warehouse/forklift experience preferred. • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus. • Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product. • Demonstrated attention to detail. • Forklift certification is preferred.
Please notify me a couple of days in advance before sending workers in for training. This will allow us to prepare the necessary documents for the workers' reception. NOTE: All workers will be subjected to Temperature Monitoring prior to entering the facility. Face Covering Required at all times while at facility. Proper safety footwear required (steel toe, puncture resistant sole, and provide above the ankle protection) as specifically stated below: Foot Protection • Provide ANSI Z41-compliant or local country-equivalent protective footwear.
