We are a Rockwood company, the worldwide leader in NDT service and technology with over 4,000 technical professionals in Acuren and Hellier NDT Training - NDT firms run by NDT people!  Position Summary: Acuren has an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Project Manager focused on inspection, safety and quality supporting our Kentucky and Tennessee Operations.    Reporting to the Division Manager, the Project Manager has overall responsibility for the operations of Acuren at the customer site. This includes but is not limited to compliance (safety, QA, radiation safety, rope access), contract maintenance, employee health and welfare, obligations of performance deliverables, and KPI’s to the client. The PM will oversee and provide direction for all Acuren crews working onsite.  Responsibilities: Interface daily with the client about work priorities and progress of projects  Handle all project scheduling for the customer  Actively participate in client programs, planning and strategy sessions  Work closely with client to identify and remove obstacles  Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations, etc.  Ensure employees and site leads have the tools and training to perform their jobs proficiently  Evaluate each department to identify areas where efficiency, quality, production and safety can be improved  Encourage adequate feedback from employees to ensure continual improvement of program  Develop equipment resource planning and renewal initiatives  Site safety management  Participate in performance management of site employees  Competencies: Competent with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook  Good knowledge of reading prints  Strong leadership skills  Able to work independently, with minimal supervision  Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills  Actively search out and implement new solutions  Ability to interface with different crews and meet with employees in various positions  Strong communication skills including the ability to lead and participate in meetings  Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience, preferably in Pipeline  Previous leadership experience an asset  Mechanical integrity experience required  Certified or previously certified in NDT methods, and have a working knowledge of each methods strength and limitations to ensure the proper craft type is being utilized for the job scope requirements a plus   Experience with quality and safety  Be familiar with current codes and procedures needed to properly perform inspections and interpret results  Benefits: Competitive Salary Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance 401K Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Acuren Inspection, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, veteran status or any other protected characteristic as established by law.  #LI-CM1 Qualifications
