Job Description
The role of a Service Advisor/Service Manager is dynamic and personal. You will work with customers to help them understand all needed repairs and maintenance items for their vehicles and make sales. You will be working directly with the technicians/mechanics as well to gather repair information, create repair estimates and organize the flow of work in the shop.
Previous experience in the automotive repair industry is preferred, but not required. Please include in the application any work related to automotive service if applicable. We encourage any individual with communication skills, integrity and basic business knowledge to apply. All necessary training, technical or otherwise, for employee integration will be provided.
We offer ongoing education and professional development through training both online and in-person. We believe in investing in the people who invest themselves in the business.
There are no education requirements for this position. Certifications through the ASE or other automotive training programs are appreciated.
Applicant must be able to efficiently use basic computer programs and will be required to operate the Point of Sale to organize appointments, create quotes and workorders and receive payments.
Applicant must be able to effectively communicate over the phone, by email and text messaging.
This salary for this position is based on a $15 hr. minimum plus bonus pay based on GPM percentage and total sales.
