We have several part-openings available; Customer Service Associate, Event Coordinator, Wedding Coordinator, Tasting Room Associate, and Tasting Room Manager.
We are seeking new team members that have a knack for solving tough problems and are focused on exceptional customer service. You'll deliver innovative, individualized solutions, satisfying the everchanging needs of our diverse customer base. Through it all, your ability to form a trusted bond, listen attentively and your positive response to inquiries will make you the critical touch point between us and our valued customers.
All candidates must have 1-2 years' experience in hospitality and/or customer service. Exemplary communication skills. Knowledge of wine is beneficial but not required, on the job training will be provided. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs., be 18+ years of age (to service Wine) and have a clean professional appearance.
Weekend availability is required, including some Holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
