About Our Job
To provide the enterprise with technology project management, business analysis and process improvement as it relates to desktop and system software, and user applications. Provide guidance, assistance and implementation direction for new or existing software and hardware processes in the County. Provides project related testing and training as needed.
Job Description:
Provide process improvement, business analysis, project management services and best practices for EIT and partnering agencies and departments in their efforts to enhance services through the use of technology and business process improvement.
Preparation and documentation of project plans, status reports, process improvements, training documentation and performance metrics.
Testing product solutions before launch into production environments as needed.
Developing guidelines and training materials and training end-users in new product solutions.
Application support activities as required.
Work Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:  Minimum of a four-year degree with two (2) years of related experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in specific field of endeavor such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with two (2) years of related experience OR a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with one or more years of related experience.  Experience may substitute for formal education at discretion of management.
Preferred Qualifications:  PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.  ITIL certification preferred.
Job Competencies:  Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.  Strong customer service skills.  Ability to foresee and evaluate possible problems and to plan alternative solutions.  Must be a self-starter, proactive and capable of taking direction and moving forward with minimal supervision. Ability to document user requirements, business rules and issues accurately.
