Description:
Maintenance Department
The Mechanical Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers inbound calls to provide courteous and accurate responses to primary support inquiries from dealers, Field Sales Representatives, and product contract holders. Additionally, the CSR role will effectively triage secondary level support for all general inquiries that include but are not limited to contract administration.
Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, investigating and recording data from various types of correspondence to adjudicate the claim in accordance with contract and underwriting requirements and within department guidelines. documented processes, and constantly improvise to satisfy our customer needs.
