TransCore (TCI), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking three (3) Equipment Operators/ CDL Drivers to join our team in Tampa, Florida.
Job duties:
Candidate will be responsible for skilled laborer, and equipment operation for the construction and installation of ITS field devices, communications systems, and Traffic Signal systems
Required Skills, experience, and Education:
• Class A CDL
• FL Advance MOT Certification
• Must successfully complete required background / drug screening that TransCore initiates as part of the hiring process; additionally, when required by project, must successfully complete a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and State Law Enforcement Radio System (SLERS) background screen
• Communications Construction Experience
• Energetic / Self-motivated
• Experience Operating Heavy Equipment (2-year minimum)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Bucket Truck Operation
• Outside Plant Fiber Optic Installation
