Full Job Description Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) DT team is seeking a Property & Purchasing Coordinator to join our IT Asset Management team.
Duties for this Property & MPM Coordinator role include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Maintain order status in stock tracking database.
• Space planning for management of inventory
• Ensure the asset tagging processes are fully implemented.
• Ensure capital equipment custodian is maintained in the property tracking system
• Ensure Capital Management is notified to initiate depreciation upon equipment deployment
This role will serve as the escalation point for capital property management questions and issue resolution. The candidate is expected to be self-directed, able to multi-task and prioritize work, possess excellent verbal and communication skills, and be customer focused and organized.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 5 years related experience
• Experience in asset management, inventory management, property management and logistics
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Aptitude for detail and data accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management
• IT Asset Management Certified (IAITAM preferred)
• Experience with Jira
Required Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience or 13 years experience in lieu of degree
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
