Responsibilities:
Handles an abundance of customer emails and customer phone calls selling our products and reactivation accounts
Sending quotes to customers and follows up on the sale via phone calls, emails, text, or personal meetings
Uses Google Workspace and MS Office for ALL admin incl. updating customer information
Performs first-class customer service via phone and occasionally face to face meetings (Dallas & Fort Worth) to maintain an excellent buying relationship
Occasionally visits customers and drops off products in the Dallas & Fort Worth area
Captures content photos and videos of our Facilities Maintenance industry
Works independently to meet specified daily sales goals
Tracks daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for the CEO
Ability to maintain confidentiality and assure discreet handling of all business
Additional or more specific job duties associated might be assigned
