Job Description
• Achieve Results, maintaining Metrics levels as established by Metro by T-mobile
• Realize, the most important are the customers
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with prospects and/or actual customers
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
• Complete all open and closing tasks
• Achieve established individual and store sale goals
• Focus on converting every transaction with customers into future relationships.
• Ask for referrals to each customer
