Give Me The Vin needs a Vehicle Inventory Processor for our office in North Richland Hills.
Give Me The Vin is one of the largest wholesalers of used vehicles in the United States. Most of our used vehicle inventory is purchased directly from the public and then sold wholesale at various auctions. Vehicles are either picked up directly from the customer or dropped off by the customer at one of our locations across the country.
Responsibilities Will Include:
• Respond to high volume emails.
• Process purchases through VMS and issue payment when required.
• Correspond with buyer(s) to resolve any problems or questions regarding purchases.
• Data entry into Inventory Management System.
• Review documents for accuracy and completion.
• Handle problems as they arise and communicate to various team members on status updates until resolved.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Available to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays
• Ability to work independently, with little direction
• Sense of urgency is a must in this position
• Car dealership experience is preferred
• Great telephone skills
• Customer compassion
• Team player
• The ability to keep up multiple and ongoing car deals
• Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
• Strong computer skills, including basic accounting software, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
