Full Job Description The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience, and a passion for animals and their health. The selected individual will be bright, caring, and have a desire to learn new things. We are a full-service animal hospital located in north Fort Worth, adjacent to Keller and Roanoke, just South of 170 and East of IH35W. We are a compassionate, knowledgeable, and hard-working team looking for the right individual to join our group. Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital prides itself on the high-quality medicine and exceptional customer service delivered to our patients and clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include:
Checking Clients In (reviewing medical history and need for visit)
Checking Clients Out (Processing monetary transactions, filling medications)
Fielding telephone calls (Acts as a true mediator between our clients and the doctors)
Scheduling Appointments
Providing direction to our clients (Under supervision of the Veterinarians will provide information and directives on patient care)
Skills include:
Customer Service (truly having our clients needs first on the list)
Quick-study (needs to be able to learn quickly in an ever-changing medical environment)
