Your Role as a Bilingual Staffing Operations Manager:
• Develop & implement the branch recruiting strategy
• Ensure branch activities successfully meet goals, deadlines, and objectives
• Develop & maintain sustainable relationships with clients and Team Members with weekly meetings at hotels
• Proactively assess staffing needs
• Resolve client challenges
• Ensure successful new client launches
• Recruit, develop, and retain Team Members
• Interview and onboard new Team Members
• Oversee risk management & play an intricate role in meeting safety goals
• Maintain an organized system/database
• Be available by phone during off-hours
• Implement and ensure the integrity of operational compliance
• Adhere to high ethical standards & comply with all regulations/applicable laws
What We Are Looking for in the Bilingual Staffing Operations Manager:
• English and Spanish bilingual required
• 2 years management experience
• Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology
• Flexible schedule
• Great organizational skills and detail oriented
• Fulfill daily assignments without extensive supervision
• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Hotel/hospitality or staffing experience highly preferred
