Full Job Description Seeking a Foreman to lead a 3-5 person crew with an industrial mechanical service and construction company.
Major Responsibilities:
• Must be able to understand, follow, and train others on all SAFETY policies and procedures.
• Direct crew to achieve on-time project completion while maintaining a safe work environment, and a high quality product.
• Communicate effectively with Supervision, Customers, and Crew Members.
• Work independently, make good decisions, and know when to request help.
• Maintain high level of professionalism and customer service from entire crew.
• Foreman is an engaged, working member of the crew, not a supervisor.
Knowledge, skills, and qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in industrial & commercial construction environments.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and systems. Knowledge of equipment installation.
• Ability to install process piping.
• Ability to weld and fabricate carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using rod, MIG, and TIG.
• Ability to use power tools, general lifting (75 lbs), physical activity.
• Must be able to work from heights in a boom lift, scissor lift, etc.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
Drug screen, valid DL, and Background Check required.
