What will you be doing?
Manage the daily workflow of the program
You will manage the daily workflow of the program to execute a seamless recruitment and enrollment plan to continuously engage and serve college students. Act as the expert in the field by ensuring that program objectives and service model are implemented at the campus-based site.
Promote client success within the program
You will promote client success within the program using experience and knowledge to ensure fidelity to model, consistency in service delivery, and processes that provide supportive services to college students in order to promote academic completion and financial stability.
Develop skilled Navigator Teams
You will develop skilled Navigator teams by providing professional development and training, relating to accessing resources to impact client services. Consistently monitor and evaluate staff performance, service delivery, program objectives, outputs, and outcomes to ensure goals are met.
WORK HOURS
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work at various locations as well as various hours and occasional weekends, as events and meetings warrant.

A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $45,000.00-$52,000.00 based on skills and experience.
