Full Job Description Refrigeration Service Technician - VACCINE OPTIONAL
Flow Service Partners as a provider of heating, air conditioning and mechanical services, primarily in the commercial, industrial and institutional market sectors.
It is a privately held HVAC/Plumbing services company with corporate headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee and is a well-capitalized growth-oriented holding company.
The Refrigeration Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration systems commonly installed in supermarkets, distribution centers, and convenience stores.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures on supermarket refrigeration systems as well as self-contained refrigeration equipment. Working knowledge of energy management systems, especially CPC and Novar.
• Diagnose refrigeration systems and perform necessary repairs resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
• Strong ability to locate and repair leaks on racks or single-units
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations.
Requirements:
• Must possess outstanding communication skills
• Excellent ability to operate phone/tablet software applications such as customer apps, email and text. Also, skills to take, attach and send pictures in both email and text.
• 3+ years in Commercial Refrigeration. Supermarket experienced preferred.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and electronic control systems
• Knowledge of self-contained cases, conventional systems, parallel rack systems, display cases and walk-in coolers and freezers
• Knowledge of commercial A/C systems a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• High School/Equivalent or Vocational School required. EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Physically able to climb ladders and to lift objects up to 75 pounds.
• Large tools furnished by company. Employee to furnish all hand tools.
