Maintenance Scheduler/Analyst
First Shift!
$32-$40 per hour plus overtime
SUMMARY :  A great Owensboro area manufacturer is looking for experienced and motivated Maintenance Scheduler/Analyst focused primarily on preventative and predictive maintenance.
Your primary objective is to help maximize machinery up-time and minimize down-time.  You will utilize a Computerized Maintenance System and schedule preventative maintenance and use predictive maintenance tools (oil analysis, vibration analysis, temperature analysis) to predict machinery breakdowns or failures such as you’d find from bearing or motor wear.
Job Duties
Ensure all equipment is set up in the Computerized maintenance system and that all preventative and predictive maintenance items are scheduled, and that the schedule is completed.
• Change machinery oil and send oil samples to a lab for wear analysis.
• Replace filters where needed.
• Ensure that all wear items are replaced before breakdowns occur.
• When a breakdown does happen, analyze the failure and work with the team to ensure it doesn’t happen again by implementing preventative actions in the system.
• Ensure that the right parts are on-hand for all preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Maintenance Techs will perform all routine preventative and predictive maintenance activities on the equipment, fix unexpected breakdowns, and perform other duties relating to facilities and grounds maintenance.
• Participate in improvement teams for maintenance-related items.
Requirements for Maintenance Technician
• At least four years of maintenance technician experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Experience scheduling preventative maintenance.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS Programs.
• Experience ordering spare parts.
