Full Job Description Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a technical degree and at least 2-5 years experience required.
Job Description Includes, but not limited to:
- Responds to tickets escalated from Tier I
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Elevated knowledge of Windows operating System, DNS, DHCP, networking and basic firewall experience.
- Follow up with end-users to ensure their systems are functional
- Set up computer systems for new users & provide instruction for access to company applications
- Support managed customers applications and hardware
- Ensure end-user equipment is kept up to date with security patches and feature upgrades
- Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT service delivery
- The candidate must be a fast learner and interested in continuing education
- Must be a problem-solver and have a proven track record of working within a team environment'
