Description:
Enjoy working on-site at Shoe Carnival's corporate office located in Evansville, Indiana!
The Associate Product Manager provides key support to the Product Manager by facilitating investigation, analysis, review and documentation of current and future technical issues, features and functionality of the Shoe Carnival website.
• Reviews and researches all incoming tickets/requests on a daily basis.
• Reproduces issues to bridge gaps and fully understand what is being reported.
• Communicates additional information/clarification as needed.
• Collaborates with Product Manager to assign priority.
• Answers questions from the development team.
• Supports all required testing and validation during the development process.
• Monitors daily analytics of current-state business (SFCC Reporting, Google Analytics, Verint/mPathy, all 3rd party tools).
• Provides insights that will be used to drive website optimizations by attending meetings to understand, and analyze business objectives.
• Documents and refines requirements and user stories.
• Collaborates with development team and supports any questions during development process.
• Creates training materials for customer service team to assist with end user questions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with Jira (or other ticket management platforms), SFCC, Google Analytics, Agile/Kanban development processes preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage business and technical insight.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible, detail-oriented with a positive attitude and self-starter mindset.
• Ability to prioritize/manage multiple initiatives and recommend new solutions and processes.
• Ability to multi-task, maintaining multiple projects on an on-going basis with shifting priorities. Must be able to easily embrace and manage change.
