Job Summary
The New Restaurant Opening Manager is the liaison between our RSC/Ops Services support and the restaurant leadership team during the opening process of our newest Chili’s. The NRO Manager is a point-of-contact for all information needed to successfully open new restaurants, and the leader in ensuring proper opening processes are followed. In this job you will also manage all communication needed and cross boundaries to see an opening to completion, including obtaining above brand average key performance indicators post-opening.
Your Key Job Functions
• Work with NRO Sr Mgr. and reports to Ops Services Director
• Create and own internal and external NRO schedules for opening processes
• Organize and own all meetings/calls for pre-opening process, including orientations
• Create smartsheet and/or excel files for calendars to stay on target, and own completion of tasks
• Communicate and book travel arrangements for NRO Trainers and any support needed
• Development of NRO Trainers, Leads, and Coordinators
• Implement and train teams on new brand rollouts and initiatives
• Ensure safety, systems, and staffing followed at every in-restaurant visit
• Able to be cross-functional within the brand
• Required Travel (>50%)
• GMP Preferred
