Full Job Description The Sleep Inn Owensboro, KY is looking for a Front Desk Associate. The position is between 24 hours and 40 hours a week, depending on availability.
Requirements:
• Greet guests in a professional manner consistent with company policy
• Manage the registration process
• Ensure identification and method of payment match
• Answer phone calls in timely and professional manner consistent with company policy
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and all other departments in a professional manner
• Handle guest complaints appropriately and professionally
• Perform accurate accounting of all rooms
• Maintain level of confidentiality and security for all occupants of hotel, including employees
• Maintain balance of cash at the front desk till
• Utilize sales tactics to sell rooms at hotel
• Answer any and all guest questions to the best of your abilities
• Perform any other task that management assigns to you in a professional and efficient manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
