Full Job Description Currently seeking a sales agent to add to our growing team at Bennett Insurance Agency. At BIA we will utilize your strengths to help you grow your book of business as well as your yearly income for years to come. We are searching for a highly motivated individual that is determined to succeed within the industry.
Responsibilities
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
