Full Job Description • Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Process accounts payable and complete corresponding responsibilities
• Assist in month end closing and the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support
• Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferred
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Accounts payable: 2 years (Required)
• QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
