Job Description
Join Ecolab's sales team as a Territory Representative . Within our industry leading Institutional division, this opportunity offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will be assigned to an established territory of customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation pr ograms and solutions that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

What You Will Do:
• Communicate our total value to the customer and grow sales within an existing route of food service and hospitality accounts
• Repair and performpreventativemaintenance and assist in the installation ofequipment andsolutions
• As an expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes, leverage technology to recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
• Provide emergency service toexistingcustomers
• Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring that your customers'operations are fully functional , and teams are properly trained
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
Position Details:
This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:
• Owensboro, KY & Evansville, IN
After completing an initial training program, you will be servicing established customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more within an assigned territory. In some cases, where a territory is not immediately available, associates will be assigned a supporting role until a territory assignment becomes available.
Weekend Rotation:
• Generally, 1 in every 5 weekends are required (based on business demand)
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of sales or mechanical service experience
• Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
• Currently in safe driver status
• No Immigration Sponsorship available
Physical Demands:
• Ability to complete pre-employment assessments including a physical, lift and /or carry 75 pounds, color vision test and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree
• Previous mechanicalproblem-solvingexperience (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality and/or pool and spa
