This franchise owned operation for one of the world’s leading food service brands is seeking to add a Director of Operations to our growing team. The ideal candidate will add to the efficiency of our organizational process and must bring a wealth of QSR/fast food senior-level management experience, the natural ability to lead and motivate a team, and familiarity with  proven financial results. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in managing multiple departments towards maximum productivity.

Director of Operations Responsibilities (include, but may not be limited to):
• Lead extensive regional teams toward further operational and financial success
• Partner with franchisees, peers and colleagues to align goals, make improvements and strategically lead
• Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate continued growth
• Develop business plans and strategies to align with company forecasts and goals
• Responsible for all financial implications of designated territory/territories
• Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities
• Oversees the organization's day-to-day activities
• Closely monitor the efficiency of business operations
• Ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion
• Adherence to legal guidelines and local, state, and federal laws
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information
• Report directly to and serves at the pleasure of  the franchisee(s)
Director Of Operations Qualifications
• 8-10 years in a senior-level management position with a leading fast food/QSR company
• Impeccable tenure including progressive career experience and stable work history
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed financial metrics in challenging markets and facilitate growth into new markets
• Ability and desire to relocate immediately and in the future, as needed
• Oversight over a minimum of 10-12 restaurant locations between Ohio and Kentucky
• Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of various computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
