Full Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of this 48 unit apartment community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs, painting, and mowing.
This position requires taking on-call three weeks per month, and requires assistance with snow removal in the winter months.
