Full Job Description Description:
• Monitor the fitness room as fitness members use the exercise equipment
• Greet and acknowledge all members
• Uphold child abuse prevention policies and checks
• Monitor building activities by conducting walk through and ensuring that the building is secure
• Sanitize equipment and surfaces, replace paper towels, vacuum, mop, etc. as needed to uphold facility standards to retain membership
• Integrate the mission of the YMCA and follow the core values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility into the healthy living aspect of job responsibilities
• Address member issues in a professional manner
• All other duties assigned by your supervisor
. Requirements:
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Interpersonal communication skills required
• Ability to work with youth and adults
• Must have the physical, visual and auditory ability to perform the essential functions of the job
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Complete incident reports as necessary
Time Commitment
Part Time M-F, 5-8 PM
