We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute caskets promptly to our funeral locations. You will represent Suan Care Center, and Morris Family Services, in a professional, reverent, and cost-effective manner to ensure the families we serve receive, and will continue to receive, exceptional care.
Responsibilities
• Deliver a wide variety of caskets, urns, and funerary-related merchandise to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate our casket delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve any delivery complaints
• Collect payments
• Inform location managers about new products and services
• Complete logs and reports daily
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Skills
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree or higher
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
