Job Summary:
Manage, direct, and supervise therapeutic services in coordination with medical and administrative departments. Participates as a member of the program's management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making with particular reference to the role, functions, and operations of therapeutic services. Responsible for patient care, resource management, and fiscal management. Reports to the Hospital Administrator.
Minimum Qualifications :
+ Master's degree in Social Work
+ Active LCSW Kentucky license
+ Preferred: three to five years' experience in both a clinical setting with children, adolescents, and in a supervisory role.
