Maintenance Superintendent – Heavy Metal Industry
Salary Up to $120,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Kentucky.

Your daily managerial responsibilities will require you to have strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills with mechanical aptitude. You’ll use your electrical controls maintenance & PLC programming experience to deal with the equipment for manufacturing and the facility. You’ll be responsible for all maintenance personnel, maintenance planners, & facilities personnel. We want to focus on developing a proactive maintenance program instead of a reactive. We need you to increase machine up-time and decrease unexpected downtime. Experience with reliability & preventative maintenance programs.
You’ll need experience in heavy metal industry such as steel or aluminum. Your approach will need to be very hands-on as this is no desk job. Experience in a Lean environment is a huge plus.

Minimum requirements for Maintenance Superintendent:
• At least 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and reliability experience
• Experience with a Preventative Maintenance Program
• Someone that will be ready to step into a larger role within a few years.
