Human Resources Compliance Manager
What Will You Do?
You will work collaboratively with our in-house legal team, Human Resources, and Recruiting, to oversee the specific HR compliance functions in employee relations, company policy, training, and HR internal audits. You will evaluate, recommend and implement enhancements to current compliance processes, create or update policies or practices, and audit records to ensure current and ongoing compliance. You will have to responsibility to ensure that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies, enforce regulations, and provide guidance on all compliance matters related to Human Resources.
What Do You Need?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience, required
• 5+ years’ experience within Human Resources or Legal, working in an audit and compliance capacity, required
• Demonstrated knowledge of identifying human resources compliance risk and providing methods to mitigate risk
• Experience and understanding of key employment laws such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, USERRA, etc.
• Knowledge of immigration and expatriate related assignments
• Capable of developing a short- and long-range plan for areas of responsibility
• Ability to work in-office full-time
