Job Description
What You Will Do
Job Summary
Help develop the innovative leaders of a hyper-growth company transforming the insurance industry. The Project Manager supports efforts in leader and career development, talent acquisition, performance management, talent analytics, and employee experience. Projects include managing in-person and virtual leader development programs, employee resource groups, mentoring activities, employee experience journeys, recruiting metrics, and the year-end performance process. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who likes to build from scratch, drive results, and view ambiguity as an opportunity to excel. This role offers high visibility to HR leadership, autonomy to develop solutions, and broad impact on the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple, simultaneous projects to include tracking and evaluating impact, creating surveys, analyzing data, generating reports, building presentations, and recommending process improvements.
• Coordinate, organize, schedule, and administer programs and ongoing development activities.
• Research topics, review data, run reports, and create PowerPoint presentations with guidance from talent management leads.
• Serve as a backup when talent management leads are out of office.
• Partner closely with the extended People and Culture team to support people programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
Required Skills / Abilities
• Cognitive ability to critically think, analyze, organize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency with, or proven ability to learn, survey and project management software.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
