Full Job Description Subrogation Recovery Analyst
**RICH BONUS INCENTIVES, REMOTE POSITION!**
As a Subrogation Recovery Analyst for Benefit Recovery Group (BRG), you are responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of cases. Subrogation Recovery Analysts use BRG methods and training to negotiate the recovery (subrogation) of costs between an insurance company and a third party. To be successful in this role you must be highly organized, have the ability to solve problems with critical thinking, be motivated by your individual accomplishments and enjoy delivering a best in class client experience.
What Subrogation Recovery Analysts do:
CASE MANAGEMENT
• Reviews and prioritizes files to determine recovery potential.
• Notifies all applicable parties of our client’s interest in order to secure reimbursement of funds.
• Obtains timely status updates on recoveries.
• Responds to correspondence and requests from attorneys and adjusters efficiently and accurately.
• Ensures that case information is entered accurately and clearly.
NEGOTIATION OF CLAIMS
• Uses legal arguments to settle our clients’ reimbursement claims for the best possible result.
• Ensures that funds are received in a timely manner.

What qualifies you:
• B.S. / B.A. or required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible
• Prior experience with a fast-paced, client-focused, multiple priority role
