Full Job Description Don Miguel Foods is Hiring!
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Parts Room Attendant
Purpose of Position:
This position will allow the Dallas Plant to have 24-hour coverage of the maintenance parts room to ensure that we have better inventory controls in place and protection of roughly $2.5 Million in assets.
Job Duties:
• Put parts away and ensure that they are in the right location
• Work with Mechanical Supply Clerks with receiving and shipping of parts
• Maintain mechanical parts inventory in parts room, warehouse, outside storage, and 9700 warehouse
• Use Asset Management System (MP2) to track parts and assets
• Work with mechanics to complete requisitions for needed parts
• Complete monthly cycle counts
• Maintain lubricant inventories
Education and Experience:
• High school and two to three years work experience preferred.
• Computer Skills
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred.
• Forklift Experience is a required.
