WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing business processes and supporting systems to streamline the Supply Chain Logistics (SCL) team’s business operations. The analyst is responsible for implementing workflow automation solutions and collaboration resources that improve key supply chain processes. This role is also responsible for supporting the SCL LSS (Lean Six Sigma) program, writing training documentation for technology projects, and coordinating periodical SCL Communications and educational events.
Other job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Works with SCL process owners to continually assess business processes to increase efficiency or quality and ensure alignment with their supporting IT systems.
• Identify and formulate process improvements or system enhancements scope, objectives, and detail requirements based on the end user and business needs as well as industry requirements.
• Design, develop, and support work sharing and collaboration resources for SCL using tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Office 365 Forms, InfoPath and Power Automate.
• Lead the identification, design, evaluation, and implementation of workflow automation solutions to streamline and support key SCL processes.
• Support the SCL Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Program by serving as Program and Teams Site Administrator as well as a mentor and coach for LSS projects.
• Create and publish the monthly SCL newsletter using MS Sway or other tools as desired.
• Plan and coordinate periodical SCL educational events such as Lunch and Learns.
• Gather required SCL business data for quarterly SCL Town Halls.
• Create technical and instructional documentation for SCL processes and technology projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of related work experience in:
- Distribution, Logistics or Warehousing.
- Business System Analysis, Process Engineering or Continuous Process Improvement.
- Project Management and Project Documentation.
• Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification desired.
• Proficient with MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Power Automate, MS InfoPath, MS Sway and other MS O365 Apps.
• Experience with workflow tools.
• SAP knowledge and experience desired.
• Self-starter with an analytical problem-solving mentality.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, MS Access experience desired.
• Strong Communication (written and oral) and Presentation skills required.
